Delivery

All orders are processed within a short handling period before being dispatched. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and demand.

Please allow 5–14 working days for your order to arrive. While we strive to meet the lower end of this timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as high demand, courier delays, or customs processing.

You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate.

Returns

We accept returns under specific conditions to ensure fairness and quality for all customers.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

If you wish to initiate a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges & Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with clear evidence. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
